Wines of Australia

Posted by Joshua Parker on Saturday, January 22, 2011, In : Australia Wines
Today I would like to talk about wines coming from one of my favorite wine regions.

Oxford Landing: The Oxford Landing vineyard was established in 1958 on the banks of the majestic Murray River in South Australia. It's an idyllic place, distinguished by clear blue skies, rich red soil and is abundant in golden sunshine- the perfect environment for growing grapes with distinct fruit flavors. Oxford landing uses a cool ferment method so as not to lose these flavors that have been...

(Maryland Vineyard) It was a prefect pair. Here are other
Merlot's that would go prefect with a meatloaf dinner.

Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard: This Merlot is a fine example of what a

Its now November which means soon it will be time
for thanksgiving. Time for turkey, stuffing, ham and
much, much more. There are many choices for what
wine you should serve with your thanksgiving meal.
For must people a Pinot Noir will be their wine drinking
choice, which is a great choice. For me this year it will
be a different choice, this year I am going with a
Cranberry wine. Cranberry wines will go really well with
turkey, stuffing, and sweet potatos giving your food more
depth to the ...

Cru by Kluge Estate - A must try!

Posted by Joshua Parker on Thursday, September 24, 2009, In : CRU

Cru by Kluge Estate takes Chardonnay and puts a
whole new spin on how we look at Chardonnay's.

My job working for a wine shop allows me to try many
different wines that open my eyes to new things. This is
what happened this past week when I went to a wine
trade show. When I tried Cru I was blown away by the
fact that I was tasting a Chardonnay. When I took a
sip of Cru I could not believe that I tasting Chardonnay,
it was like nothing I had tried before.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, This Naturall...
