Today at the wine shop that I work for (
We did a tasting of some wonderful Cabernet
Sauvignon's. On todays list we had......

Silverwing 05: A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and
40% Shiraz. from the area of Mararet River in Australia.
A well balance wine, with flavors of Cherries, plums 
and hints of strawberries. 

Wagtail 08: This Cabernet comes from the
Coonawarra area of Australia. It's big, rich,

Acre Merlot

So here I am at work and today one of are many
distributors came bringing in a Merlot for me to try.
Our distributor brought in a brand new wine from a
Central Coast winery called ACRE. First before I
get into the wine, which I know you want to hear about,
this is why I love my job being able to try something new
before it hits the east coast market. Now on to this
incredible merlot. Acre Winery Merlot is primarily sourced
from the Hames Valley, located at the southern
tip of Monterey County....
