: Thanksgiving dinner can be so heavy so you need something moderate to light in alcohol, with high acidity to balance all that richness, plus a touch of sweetness to go with the sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. Riesling is frequently bright with acidity and depending on the region low on alcohol side. Best know for aromas of green apple, lime, peach, grapefruit, honeysuckle, mineral, slate, floral notes and just a nice crisp refreshing palate to go with any Thanksgiving dinner.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which brings up the great question.
What will you be drinking for Thanksgiving? For me this year I am going
to enjoy a nice Zinfandel.

Zinfandel's pair very well with turkey, cranberry sauce and of course

Just In Time For Thanksgiving.

Well its Monday Novmember 23, which means that it is
almost time to sit down with the family, Put on that winter
coat with some good down to earth home cooking, and
of course some great wine. Thanksgiving equals Turkey,
Cranberry sause, Stuffing and Pumpkin Pie. So now the
question is what to drink? Well with any good meal you
need a beginning. So today I am going to talk about 
Prosecco's which are great wines to start and/or your
Thanksgiving holidays.
